The Applied Global Services (AGS) segment delivers integrated solutions including spare parts, equipment upgrades, maintenance services, 200-millimeter equipment, and factory automation software designed to improve fab productivity and equipment utilization.

Applied Materials serves semiconductor wafer and chip manufacturers across major production regions including the United States, China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Europe. The company employs approximately 35,500 full-time employees and maintains its headquarters in Santa Clara, California. Founded in 1967, it operates at significant scale within the semiconductor equipment supply chain, positioning it as a key supplier to the global semiconductor manufacturing industry.
