The Modular Buildings segment designs and manufactures swine buildings, complex containment research laboratories, and research facilities for academic institutions, government research centers, public health organizations, and private research and pharmaceutical companies. This segment also provides leasing and rental services for building units, handling design, manufacturing, delivery, and installation.

Arts-Way distributes its agricultural products through independent farm equipment dealers and original equipment manufacturer sales channels. The company serves a range of customer types across the agricultural and research sectors domestically and abroad.
