About AXON ENTERPRISE, INC.

Axon Enterprise provides public safety technology to law enforcement, corrections, fire, and emergency medical services across the United States and internationally. The company operates primarily through two business segments that address the digital evidence and officer protection markets for first responders.

The Software and Sensors segment develops integrated hardware and cloud-based software platforms that enable law enforcement to capture, store, manage, share, and analyze video and digital evidence. The customer base spans international, federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, as well as justice sector organizations, corrections facilities, commercial enterprises, and consumers. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 1993 and operates from headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. Originally known as TASER International, Inc., the company rebranded as Axon Enterprise in 2017 to reflect its broader public safety technology portfolio.
