The company operates through its subsidiary bank, BOKF, NA, and serves commercial, consumer, and wealth management customers through a network of retail branches and digital banking channels.

The company's operations are organized into three primary segments. Commercial Banking offers lending, treasury, cash management, and commodity risk management services to small businesses, middle-market firms, and larger commercial customers. This segment also operates TransFund, an electronic funds transfer network. Consumer Banking provides retail lending and deposit services, as well as mortgage origination and servicing. Wealth Management delivers fiduciary and private banking services, investment advisory and brokerage services, insurance products, and municipal and state securities underwriting, with a focus on mortgage-backed securities trading.

BOK Financial maintains a workforce of approximately 5,034 full-time employees and serves its regional footprint through diversified lending and deposit operations. The company's loan portfolio encompasses commercial lending for working capital and equipment purchases, commercial real estate lending for construction and investment properties, residential mortgages, and personal loans across sectors including service, healthcare, and energy. Consumer and small business customers access deposit products and banking services via branches, online platforms, mobile banking, ATMs, and customer service centers.
