The Corporate Services/Other segment includes tax services such as refund advance loans and electronic return originator advance loans, warehouse financing for mortgage lenders, and payment solutions encompassing card acceptance, processing, settlement services, ATM financial processing, digital payments, and merchant services.

Pathward Financial issues debit and prepaid cards and provides a range of financial processing services integrated across its operating segments. The company was incorporated in Delaware and changed its name from Meta Financial Group, Inc. to Pathward Financial, Inc. in July 2022, maintaining its operational headquarters in South Dakota since its founding in 1954.
