The company operates through four segments: Clean Energy HRS & CETY Europe, which handles heat recovery systems and European operations; CETY Renewables Waste to Energy Solutions, focused on waste conversion technologies; an Engineering and Manufacturing Business segment; and CETY HK, which handles operations in Hong Kong. Additionally, the company sources and supplies natural gas to industries and municipalities in Sichuan Province and portions of Yunnan Province in China.

Clean Energy Technologies operates with approximately 25 full-time employees and maintains its headquarters in Irvine, California, with international operations spanning Europe and Asia. The company was founded in 1993 and is a subsidiary of MGW Investment I Ltd.
