Constellium SE is an aluminum rolled products and extrusions manufacturer serving aerospace, automotive, packaging, and industrial end-markets. The company designs, manufactures, and sells specialized aluminum sheets, plates, extrusions, and foil products tailored to customer specifications across these sectors. Its customer base includes major aerospace contractors, automotive manufacturers, beverage and food producers, and industrial equipment manufacturers.

The company operates three business segments. Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products manufactures canstock and closure stock for beverage and food containers, flexible packaging foil, automotive body sheets, heat exchangers, and battery foil. Aerospace & Transportation supplies aluminum plate, sheet, and extrusions to aerospace, defense, space, and commercial transportation customers. Automotive Structures & Industry provides crash management systems, body structures, side impact beams, battery enclosure components, and structural extrusions for automotive applications, along with downstream services including pre-machining, surface treatment, and technical support.

Constellium operates with approximately 11,500 full-time employees and maintains manufacturing and distribution facilities across Europe and North America, with sales presence in France, Germany, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, South Korea, Japan, and China. The company was established in 2010 and is headquartered in Paris, France, with stock listed on the NYSE.
