Curtiss-Wright Corporation manufactures engineered products, components, and solutions for aerospace and defense applications, along with commercial nuclear power and industrial markets. The company operates globally through three main segments serving distinct end markets and customer bases.

The Aerospace & Industrial segment produces control systems, sensors, and electro-mechanical actuation components for commercial and military aircraft, as well as power management electronics and transmission systems for industrial and specialty vehicles. This segment also provides surface technology services including shot peening, laser peening, and specialized coatings. The Defense Electronics segment supplies embedded computing modules, data acquisition equipment, flight test instrumentation, tactical communications systems, weapons handling systems, and avionics solutions. The Naval & Power segment focuses on marine propulsion equipment, reactor coolant pumps, control systems for nuclear power plants, specialized valves and fastening systems for nuclear containment, and arresting systems for aircraft carriers, along with ship repair and maintenance services.

Curtiss-Wright employs approximately 9,100 full-time employees and operates facilities across multiple continents to serve aerospace, defense, commercial nuclear, and industrial customers worldwide. The company was incorporated in 1929 and maintains its headquarters in Davidson, North Carolina. It is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
