Delek US Holdings operates an integrated downstream energy business focused on petroleum refining and logistics infrastructure. This segment also provides services for third parties, managing the gathering, transportation, and storage of crude oil and refined products, as well as water disposal and recycling operations.

Delek US Holdings employs approximately 1,987 full-time employees and operates exclusively within the United States market. The company was incorporated in Delaware and is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee. Its customer base encompasses oil companies, independent refiners and marketers, product distributors, utility and transportation companies, government entities, and independent retail fuel operators.
