Fox Factory Holding Corp. designs and manufactures suspension systems, shock products, and performance components for powered vehicles and bicycles. Its suspension and shock products are sold under the Fox Factory, Marzocchi, BDS Suspension, and Zone Offroad brand names. The cycling business includes the Race Face, Easton Cycling, and Marzocchi brands, while the sports equipment segment operates under the Marucci brand. Additional aftermarket and upfitting products are marketed under brands including Ridetech, JKS Manufacturing, Rocky Ridge, Black Widow, and Shelby American.
