About GENESIS ENERGY LP

Genesis Energy, L.P. is a midstream energy infrastructure company that provides transportation, storage, and logistics services for crude oil and natural gas across the United States. The company operates offshore and onshore pipeline systems, marine fleets, and terminal facilities that connect producers, refiners, and consumers throughout the supply chain. Its service offerings include crude oil and refined product transportation, blending, storage, and marketing, as well as specialized processing services for high-sulfur gas streams.

The company operates three primary business segments. The Offshore Pipeline Transportation segment owns and operates offshore crude oil and natural gas pipelines, platforms, and related infrastructure serving integrated and independent energy companies in federal waters. The Marine Transportation segment includes an inland fleet transporting intermediate refined products such as asphalt, an offshore fleet moving crude oil and refined products, and the M/T American Phoenix, a double-hulled tanker vessel. The Onshore Facilities and Transportation segment manages a portfolio of logistical assets—pipelines, trucks, tanks, terminals, barges, and rail unloading facilities—and operates common carrier crude oil pipeline systems and rail unloading facilities.

Based in Houston, Texas, Genesis Energy operates as a publicly traded limited partnership with approximately 1,046 full-time employees. The company maintains infrastructure assets distributed across onshore and offshore regions of the United States, servicing the midstream requirements of the crude oil and natural gas industry.
