About International Seaways, Inc.

International Seaways operates a fleet of 70 oceangoing vessels engaged in the international transportation of crude oil and refined petroleum products. The company serves a customer base that includes independent and state-owned oil companies, oil traders, refinery operators, and government entities, with operations spanning major global maritime routes.

The company's business is organized into two primary segments. The Crude Tankers segment operates very large crude carriers (VLCCs), Suezmaxes, and Aframaxes designed for transporting unrefined crude oil across long distances. The Product Carriers segment operates medium-range (MR), LR1, and LR2 vessels that transport refined petroleum products and other liquid cargoes, including specialty grades such as edible oils. The latter segment benefits from IMO III compliance on certain vessels, which provides operational flexibility when switching between cargo types.

Beyond vessel operations, International Seaways provides ship-to-ship (STS) lightering services, offering both equipment support such as hoses and fenders and full-service lightering operations using dedicated vessels. This diversified service offering complements the company's core transportation business. Incorporated in the Marshall Islands with headquarters in New York, the company maintains the scale and geographic reach necessary to serve the global maritime energy trade.
