ITT Inc. manufactures engineered critical components and customized technology solutions serving the transportation, industrial, and energy markets. The company operates through three primary business segments that collectively serve diverse industrial and commercial applications. Its Motion Technologies segment produces brake pads, shock absorbers, energy absorption components, and damping technologies primarily for the transportation sector, including passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, military vehicles, and rail applications. The Industrial Process segment supplies industrial pumps, valves, plant optimization systems, and remote monitoring solutions to customers across energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, marine, mining, food and beverage, and power generation industries. The Connect & Control Technologies segment manufactures engineered connectors, cable assemblies, and specialized products for aerospace and defense, industrial, transportation, medical, and energy applications.

The company operates across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, with approximately 11,600 full-time employees. ITT manages a portfolio of established brands including Goulds Pumps, Bornemann, KONI, Cannon, VEAM, and others acquired through organic development and strategic acquisitions. Founded in 1920 and headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, the company generates revenue from both original equipment manufacturing and aftermarket solutions, including replacement parts and professional services across its operating segments.
