The Commercial Foodservice Equipment Group is the largest segment, offering cooking equipment including conveyor, combi, convection, and specialized ovens; ranges and fryers; steam cooking and warming equipment; refrigeration and ice machines; and related kitchen infrastructure. This segment also manufactures soft serve ice cream dispensers, coffee and beverage equipment, and professional brewing systems, alongside IoT solutions and controls technology.
The Food Processing Equipment Group supplies machinery for industrial food manufacturing, including batch and conveyor ovens, frying systems, food preparation equipment such as mixers and slicers, battering and breading systems, and automated washing and packaging solutions. The Residential Kitchen Equipment Group manufactures cookers, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, and outdoor cooking equipment for the high-end residential market.
Middleby was incorporated in Delaware and maintains headquarters in Elgin, Illinois. The company was founded in 1888 as Middleby Marshall Oven Company and adopted its current name in 1985. It operates manufacturing and distribution facilities across multiple continents to serve commercial, industrial, and residential customers globally.
