About MORGAN STANLEY

A diversified financial holding company headquartered in New York, Morgan Stanley provides capital markets, wealth management, and investment management services to corporations, governments, financial institutions, and individuals across the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The company operates through three primary segments: Institutional Securities, which encompasses capital raising, financial advisory services, equity and fixed income products, sales, financing, prime brokerage, and market-making; Wealth Management, offering financial advisor-led brokerage, investment advisory, custody, cash management, and lending products to individuals and businesses; and Investment Management, which provides equity, fixed income, alternatives, and solutions services to institutional clients including benefit plans, foundations, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and corporations.
