It also provides superannuation reinsurance in the Asia-Pacific region. These segments generate revenue through premium income, investment returns, and fees from capital solutions.

RGA operates across geographies spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. The company maintains approximately 4,300 full-time employees and is incorporated and headquartered in Missouri.
