About Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc.

Ryman Hospitality Properties is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates a portfolio of upscale convention center resorts and related hospitality assets. The company's core holdings consist of five Gaylord-branded properties—Opryland in Nashville, Palms in Orlando, Texan in Grapevine, National in National Harbor Maryland, and Rockies near Denver—which collectively represent five of the seven largest non-gaming convention center hotels in the United States. The portfolio also includes two luxury resorts managed by Marriott International: the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa and the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. These properties collectively contain approximately 12,364 hotel rooms and more than 3 million square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.

Beyond lodging, the company operates Opry Entertainment Group, in which it holds approximately 70% ownership. This segment encompasses the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, radio station WSM 650 AM, and the entertainment venue Ole Red. The group also owns Block 21, a mixed-use complex in downtown Austin housing the W Austin Hotel and ACL Live at the Moody Theater, along with a controlling interest in Southern Entertainment, which operates festivals and events.

The company operates with approximately 1,012 full-time employees and maintains significant geographic diversification across major convention and leisure markets throughout the United States.
