Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, AT&T Inc. is a major telecommunications provider operating wireless, broadband, and enterprise connectivity services across North America and Latin America. The Communications segment, which represents the company's primary operations, encompasses wireless services including postpaid and prepaid plans, device sales through company-owned and third-party retail channels, and enterprise solutions. The segment also provides fixed-line broadband services—including fiber, fixed wireless, and legacy copper-based connections—as well as VPN, IP, and managed professional services to business customers. Consumer broadband is marketed under the AT&T Fiber and AT&T Internet Air brands, while wireless services operate under AT&T, AT&T Business, Cricket, and AT&T PREPAID. The Latin America segment provides wireless services in Mexico under the AT&T and Unefon brands.

With approximately 133,000 full-time employees, AT&T operates an extensive network infrastructure supporting both consumer and enterprise customers. The company generates revenue across multiple service categories including wireless subscriptions, broadband services, enterprise connectivity, equipment sales, and international operations in Mexico. AT&T was incorporated in Delaware in 1983 and is publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
