Terex Corporation manufactures industrial equipment for materials processing, aerial work platforms, and waste management solutions across construction, infrastructure, recycling, mining, and utility sectors. The company operates through three primary segments: Materials Processing (MP), which produces crushers, screens, material handlers, concrete mixing and paving equipment, and recycling systems sold under multiple brands including Powerscreen, Fuchs, EvoQuip, Cedarapids, and Finlay; Aerials, which provides elevated work platform equipment and telehandlers under the Terex and Genie brands for construction and maintenance applications; and Environmental Solutions (ES), which offers refuse collection bodies, compaction equipment, waste hauler software, and utility-specific products like digger derricks and insulated aerial devices.

The company serves diverse end markets including construction and infrastructure development, quarrying and mining operations, recycling and waste management facilities, and electric utility maintenance. Its products range from stationary equipment such as concrete pavers and conveyors to mobile equipment including aerial lifts, cranes, and refuse trucks. Terex also provides financing solutions to support customer acquisition and rental operations.

Based in Norwalk, Connecticut and incorporated in Delaware, Terex operates globally with approximately 10,700 full-time employees. The company was founded in 1933 and maintains a portfolio of established brands developed through both organic growth and acquisitions.
