About WINNEBAGO INDUSTRIES INC

Winnebago Industries manufactures recreational vehicles and boats for leisure travel and outdoor recreation markets. The company designs and produces towable RVs—including travel trailers, fifth wheels, folding camper trailers, and truck campers—as well as motorhome RVs, which are self-propelled mobile dwellings. These products are sold under the Winnebago and Grand Design brand names for towables and motorhomes, while recreational boats operate under the Chris-Craft and Barletta brands. The company also manufactures specialty commercial vehicles for applications such as law enforcement command centers and mobile medical clinics, and supplies bare shells to third-party upfitters.

The business is organized into three primary segments: Towable RV, Motorhome RV, and Marine. The company additionally generates revenue through original equipment manufacturing of parts for other manufacturers and commercial vehicle producers. Products are distributed primarily through independent dealers across the United States, Canada, and international markets.

Winnebago Industries operates with approximately 5,300 full-time employees and is headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The company was incorporated in Minnesota in 1958 and maintains manufacturing and distribution operations across North America to serve its dealer network and end customers in the recreational vehicle and marine segments.
