About WILLIAMS COMPANIES, INC.

Williams Companies operates as a midstream energy infrastructure provider, owning and operating approximately 33,000 miles of natural gas pipelines and related assets across the United States. The company's core business involves gathering, processing, transporting, and marketing natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) produced from onshore shale and conventional resources. The company also handles crude oil production, transportation, and storage services, primarily in the Gulf Coast region.

The business is organized around four main segments. Transmission & Gulf of America comprises three major interstate natural gas pipelines—Transco, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (NWP), and MountainWest—along with associated storage facilities, gathering and processing operations, and crude oil handling assets. Northeast G&P focuses on midstream gathering, processing, and fractionation in the Marcellus and Utica Shale regions of Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. The West segment operates gas gathering and processing across multiple producing regions including the Permian, Anadarko, and Eagle Ford basins, along with NGL fractionation and storage capabilities in Kansas. Gas & NGL Marketing Services provides wholesale marketing, trading, and transportation services for natural gas and NGLs to utilities, municipalities, power generators, and producers.

Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and incorporated in Delaware, Williams Companies has operated since 1908. The company maintains significant geographic reach across onshore producing basins and serves customers throughout the continental United States.
