Beyond these core markets, AvalonBay has expanded operations into secondary metropolitan areas including Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte, North Carolina; Southeast Florida; Dallas and Austin, Texas; and Denver, Colorado. This geographic diversification spans both high-density coastal markets and growing inland metros.
