The Acuity Brands Lighting (ABL) segment manufactures and distributes lighting solutions and luminaires across multiple brand portfolios including Lithonia Lighting, Juno, Holophane, and Gotham. ABL serves electrical distributors, consumer retailers, large corporate accounts, and original equipment manufacturers with lighting products featuring advanced electronic controls and capabilities.

The Acuity Intelligent Spaces (AIS) segment provides building management systems, audio and video platforms, and control technologies. This division operates the Distech Controls brand for HVAC, lighting, shading, and access control systems; the Q-SYS platform for integrated audio, video, and control solutions; and QSC audio technology for live entertainment and sound reinforcement applications. AIS customers include retail operators, airports, universities, sports venues, hospitality properties, and entertainment facilities, primarily accessed through systems integrators.
