Based in Mettawa, Illinois, Brunswick Corporation designs and manufactures recreation products across marine and recreational vehicle markets globally. The company operates through four business segments that serve different aspects of the recreational boating and marine industry. The Propulsion segment produces outboard, sterndrive, and inboard engines along with associated controls and propellers, sold under brands including Mercury, Mercury MerCruiser, and Mercury Racing. The Engine P&A segment distributes aftermarket engine parts, electrical products, boat components, and lubricants through retail and dealer channels.

The Navico Group segment provides electronics, sensors, control systems, and power management products for marine, RV, and specialty vehicle applications. Its portfolio includes marine electronics brands such as Lowrance, Simrad, and B&G, as well as auxiliary systems brands including Blue Sea Systems, Mastervolt, and MotorGuide. The Boat segment manufactures recreational vessels under multiple brand names, including Sea Ray cruisers, Boston Whaler offshore boats, Bayliner runabouts, and Lund fishing boats, alongside the Freedom Boat Club membership service.

The company operates with approximately 13,300 full-time employees and maintains a geographically diversified footprint spanning the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Canada. Brunswick was founded in 1845 and remains incorporated in Delaware.
