The Contractor Solutions segment is the largest business unit, offering HVAC installation and maintenance products including condensate management systems, ductless mini-split installation tools, refrigerant accessories, drain products, and electrical protection equipment. Products are marketed under approximately 25 brands including RectorSeal, TRUaire, and Shoemaker Manufacturing. The Engineered Building Solutions segment provides architectural railings, fire and smoke protection systems, and pre-engineered building components through brands such as Balco and Smoke Guard. The Specialized Reliability Solutions segment supplies industrial lubricants, anti-seize compounds, contamination control products, and desiccant breathers, operating under brands including Jet-Lube and OilSafe.

The company was incorporated in Delaware in 2014 and maintains headquarters in Dallas, Texas. CSW operates a geographically diversified manufacturing and distribution network serving the United States and select international markets. The company's product mix reflects exposure to both residential and commercial construction activity, as well as industrial maintenance and reliability operations across multiple end markets.
