About GREIF, INC

Greif manufactures and distributes industrial packaging products across multiple material categories serving chemical, food and beverage, agricultural, pharmaceutical, petroleum, and construction sectors globally. The company operates through four primary business segments: Customized Polymer Solutions, which produces plastic drums and rigid intermediate bulk containers; Durable Metal Solutions, offering steel drums and related metal packaging; Sustainable Fiber Solutions, providing fiber drums and recycled board products; and Integrated Solutions, supplying complementary items such as closure systems, linings, and adhesives.

Beyond core manufacturing, the company generates revenue from container life cycle management services, logistics and warehousing operations, recycled fiber trading, and the purchase and resale of reconditioned industrial containers. This diversified service offering extends the company's engagement with customers across the full packaging lifecycle rather than limiting participation to initial product sale.

With approximately 12,000 full-time employees and headquarters in Delaware, Ohio, Greif operates manufacturing and distribution facilities worldwide. The company traces its origins to 1877 and was previously known as Greif Bros. Corporation before adopting its current name in 2001. The combination of product manufacturing, container reconditioning capabilities, and logistics services positions the company as a multi-function supplier within the rigid industrial packaging market.
