MORGAN STANLEY EMERGING MARKETS DEBT FUND INC

Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Debt Fund, Inc. is a closed-end fixed income fund launched and managed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. The fund invests exclusively in debt securities issued by emerging market governments, government-related entities, and corporate issuers organized in emerging market countries. Its portfolio targets sovereign debt, restructured debt instruments, and corporate bonds across global emerging economies. The fund benchmarks its performance against the JP Morgan Emerging Markets Bond Global Index.

The fund generates revenue primarily through management fees charged on assets under management.
